Experienced Appeals Lawyer

Paige's solo practice focuses exclusively on appellate representation.

Paige was chosen as a Super Lawyer for 2022, and as a Top Lawyer in the field of Appellate Law for 2019 - 2022 by 5280 Magazine. She authored articles in the Colorado Lawyer on lower court appeals and disputes over IVF pre-embryos, and has been faculty at numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars.

She serves as Treasurer on the board of the CWBA's Boulder Chapter, and she is a member of the planning committee for the Annual Appellate Update CLE, the Appellate Pro Bono Clinic Task Force, and the subcommittee for Revising the Colorado Rules for Magistrates.

She is also a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) with Boulder County Voices for Children.

Paige received her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1998 and has practiced in Colorado ever since. Her background is diverse and provides a solid "generalist" foundation for appellate practice. Before her solo practice, she clerked for a total of four years for three different judges on the Colorado Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court, providing her with a unique perspective on the practice before these tribunals. In law school, she excelled in mock appellate advocacy, winning the regional competition for western states and placing in the national competition in New York.

The areas of law in which she has experience are varied and include: family law, litigation, business transactions, non-profit, employment, land use, estate planning, constitutional law, general counsel for small governments, special districts, guardian ad litem, immigration, criminal defense, and more. She has also been an entrepreneur and in-house counsel.

Paige accepts court-appointed cases for appeals, and she provide pro bono services through the Colorado Bar Association's Appellate Pro Bono Program and Pro Se Clinic.

In her free time you can find Paige playing with her son, riding her mountain bike, snowboarding, kiteboarding, playing guitar, or in the studio painting.
