Paige Mackey Murray's practice focuses exclusively on appeals in a wide range of areas.
Paige has been an attorney in Colorado for over 21 years. She clerked for four years on the Colorado Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court, and has a diverse background in many areas of the law. She handles appeals in the both state appellate courts and in the lower courts, including petitions for magistrate review.
Paige maintains a separate solo practice, but is also Of Counsel to Kaplan Law L.L.C., where she represents clients primarily in family law appeals.
She was named Top Appeals Lawyer by 5280 Magazine for 2019 and 2020.

In re Marriage of Weekes, 2020 COA 16 (retroactive application of the five-year limitation in § 14-10-122(5) and necessity of a hearing on the exception for where application of the statute would be substantially inequitable, unjust, or inappropriate).
In re Marriage of Olsen, 2019 COA 80 (dispute over pre-embryos post-divorce, mother's subjective belief in value of pre-embryos as human life cannot be weighed more heavily than Father's constitutional right not to procreate.)
